wee99 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "wee99," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to wee99 and its operating entity, the internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at wee99.app.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wee99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the wee99 platform.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, fishing arcade games, crash games, and any other gaming products made available on the wee99 platform from time to time.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting facility made available on wee99, including cricket, football, and other sports markets.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, deposit match, or other incentive offered by wee99 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, distinct from Bonus balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency primarily used for transactions on the wee99 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by wee99 using government-issued identification, including CNIC for Pakistani players.
• "Services" means the totality of the wee99 platform, including Games, Sportsbook, cashier, customer support, and all associated features.

2.1 By accessing wee99.app, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the wee99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and wee99 with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

2.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the wee99 platform and close your Account.

2.4 wee99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Section 15 of these Terms governs the amendment process in detail.

3.1 Age Requirement. wee99 operates a strict minimum age policy of twenty-one (21) years. No individual under the age of 21 may register an Account, make a deposit, place a wager, or use the Services in any form. By registering, you expressly warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Jurisdiction. You warrant that online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access wee99. It is your personal and sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your applicable jurisdiction prior to registration. wee99 makes no representation regarding the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Requirements. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify wee99 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

3.4 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on wee99. Operating multiple Accounts, whether directly or through a proxy, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.5 Identity Verification. wee99 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, during routine compliance checks, or following any suspicious activity flag. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.6 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of persons are not eligible to register with wee99: employees or contractors of wee99 or its affiliated entities; employees of wee99's game suppliers or payment processors; individuals who are self-excluded from any licensed gambling platform; and individuals previously banned or suspended from wee99 for any reason.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your login identifier and password. wee99 will never request your password via any communication channel. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wee99 Support immediately. wee99 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided to wee99 is and will remain accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Account Currency. wee99 accounts operate primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform reserves the right to offer multi-currency support, and exchange rates applicable to cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals will be those prevailing at the time of the transaction.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account shall be deemed inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wee99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive Accounts with a remaining balance, following notification to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by contacting support.

5.1 Deposits

wee99 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. wee99 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. wee99 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency withdrawals may take up to forty-eight (48) hours depending on network conditions.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus balance must meet its Wagering Requirement before the associated Real Money Balance can be withdrawn.
• wee99 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence prior to processing any withdrawal exceeding PKR 200,000 within a 24-hour period.
• Withdrawals requested to a payment method that is not the Player's own will be declined and the Account flagged for review.

5.4 Payment Fees

wee99 does not charge platform fees on JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits or withdrawals. Third-party gateway fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player. Cryptocurrency withdrawal fees (network gas fees) may apply and will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.

6.1 All Bonuses offered by wee99 are subject to the specific terms and Wagering Requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period of the Bonus. Any Bonus balance remaining upon expiry of the validity period, along with any winnings derived from it, will be forfeited without notice.

6.3 Only one Bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any one time. A Player may not claim a subsequent Bonus until the current Bonus has either been fully wagered or expired.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. wee99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward Bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim registration bonuses; using systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to exploit Bonus terms (commonly known as "bonus hunting"); and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers. Any Account determined to have engaged in Bonus abuse will have all associated Bonuses and derived winnings voided, and the Account may be permanently closed.

6.5 Free Bets — Sports Betting. Free bets credited to a Player's account for use in the wee99 Sportsbook are not redeemable for cash. Any winnings derived from free bets are credited as real money and are subject to a one-times (1x) wagering requirement before withdrawal unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

6.6 wee99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not adversely affect a Player's rights with respect to a Bonus already credited and partially wagered at the time of modification.

7.1 All Games available on wee99 are supplied by licensed third-party software providers. The rules applicable to each Game are set by the relevant provider and displayed within the Game interface. In the event of a conflict between Game rules displayed in-game and any summary provided on the wee99 platform, the in-game rules prevail.

7.2 RNG Certification. All non-live Games on wee99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG is independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the certified theoretical returns over statistically significant game cycles and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under controlled conditions. In the event of a technical interruption during a live dealer session, wee99's standard policy is to void the interrupted round and return bets placed to the Players' Accounts. Where a round outcome was determined prior to the interruption, the outcome stands.

7.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that results in an erroneous game outcome or void round, wee99 reserves the right to void all related bets and return stakes. wee99 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies as a standard principle.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each Game or Sportsbook market are displayed within the Game interface or bet slip. wee99 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific Accounts at its sole discretion.

8.1 The wee99 Sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (including PSL), football, basketball, UFC, and other sports as determined by wee99 from time to time. Market availability and odds are subject to change without notice.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number on your bet slip. wee99 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including following a change in odds between placement and acceptance.

8.3 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. wee99 may suspend in-play markets at any time, including during live over-by-over cricket coverage. Bets placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a system error may be voided at wee99's discretion.

8.4 Event Cancellation. If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.

8.5 Maximum Payout. The maximum single-bet payout on any Sportsbook market is PKR 5,000,000, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. Accumulator bet maximum payouts are calculated per the cumulative odds cap communicated in the Sportsbook terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wee99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information at any time.
• Operating more than one Account on wee99, including through associates, family members, or proxies.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any Game or sporting event.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the wee99 platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward wee99 staff or other players.
• Any conduct constituting Bonus abuse as described in Section 6.4 of these Terms.

10.1 wee99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment. The platform offers a range of player protection tools accessible from Account Settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request self-exclusion from wee99 at any time via Account Settings or by contacting wee99 Support. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and may be applied for periods of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to open a new Account. Marketing communications will cease immediately upon self-exclusion activation.

10.3 Deposit Limits. wee99 provides daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit facilities. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a seven (7) day cooling-off period when increased. This asymmetry is a deliberate player protection measure designed to prevent impulsive limit increases.

10.4 Age Verification Obligations. wee99 actively works to prevent underage gambling. If we have reason to believe that an Account is held by or accessible to an individual under the age of 21, we will suspend the Account immediately pending verification. Accounts determined to be held by underage individuals will be permanently closed.

10.5 Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to seek assistance from professional support services. wee99's Responsible Gaming page contains further information on available resources. Players are also encouraged to use available parental control tools to restrict access to gambling websites on family devices.

11.1 All content on the wee99 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and data compilations — is the property of wee99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wee99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

11.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the wee99 platform without wee99's prior written consent.

11.4 The wee99 name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of wee99. Unauthorised use of any wee99 trademark is strictly prohibited.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wee99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

12.2 wee99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 wee99 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wee99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Services, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

12.4 wee99 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond wee99's reasonable control, including acts of God, network outages, regulatory intervention, or third-party service provider failures.

13.1 wee99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; engagement in prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC within required timeframes; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; or receipt of a regulatory directive requiring Account closure.

13.2 Upon Account closure resulting from a Player's breach of these Terms, wee99 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus balance, promotional credits, and any winnings derived from Bonus funds. Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus and winnings in dispute) shall be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding balance owed to wee99.

13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting wee99 Support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method after standard processing.

14.1 In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your use of wee99, you must first contact wee99 Support and allow the internal dispute resolution process to be completed before pursuing any other avenue of resolution.

14.2 Disputes must be submitted in writing to wee99 Support within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this period may not be accepted for review.

14.3 wee99 will acknowledge receipt of a dispute within forty-eight (48) business hours and will endeavour to issue a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

14.4 If you remain dissatisfied with wee99's resolution, you may refer your dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by wee99's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available upon request from wee99 Support.

15.1 wee99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable.

15.2 Your continued use of the wee99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

15.3 The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at wee99.app/terms-conditions and displays the effective date at the top of the document.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wee99 is licensed and incorporated. The specific governing jurisdiction will be disclosed to any Player upon written request to wee99 Support.

16.2 Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction identified in Section 16.1.

16.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit wee99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16.4 If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.5 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
